No rent subsidy can be requested.
The deposit can not be used as payment of the last rent.
We have a notice period of one week and therefore do not know if rooms become available further as a week ahead.
You can smoke in the room but this will have consequences for the deposit because of washing / painting. Smoking is not allowed in the common rooms. There is always a smoking area outside.
Yes, you can register with the municipality with the contract you receive from us.
